Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange within 35 days of the shipping date. 

The items must be unworn and unused in original Onliest & Co packaging within 35 days of the shipping date. All returns and exchanges must be shipped with the shipping costs paid in full by the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the item is defective. 

For hygiene reason, earrings and personalized/custom pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of defects. Gift cards are also non-returnable. 

*Silver tarnishing is not a defect as it is a natural property of silver. Please see Material & Care page for cleaning instructions. 


For custom products:

Due to the personalized nature of each design, refund and exchanges are not possible after 2 hours of placing your order. We take great pride in crafting your masterpiece, so choose your customization wisely! We're confident you'll love the result!

If you would like refund or change your customization within 2 hours of placing your order, please email hello@onliest.one or simply reply to the order confirmation email with your request and our team will reply you within 12 hours!


Refund

If the order amount falls under the requirement for free shipping after the refund is claimed, designated flat rate shipping fee will be deducted from the final refunded amount.


Exchange

We offer a one-time exchange policy for each order. The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) back to Onliest & Co and prepay the new shipping fee of the exchange item(s).


Discounted Item

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Discounted items (sales items and/or orders with coupon code) cannot be refunded, unless they are defective or damaged.


Price Difference

Our prices change in response to trends and demand from the consumer. As such we are not able to refund the difference.

If you are shipping an item over US$40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All returned goods will be inspected upon arrival. Returns that are not in original condition, without original receipt or packaging, outside of this time frame, or unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. 

Please notify us via email with your order number, name of item(s) to be refunded or exchanged, and reason for return. We will send you an email with the return instructions shortly after.
