What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE for orders over HK$800 to HK, Macau, China, (HK$45 if under) & FREE on orders over HK$2,500 worldwide (HK$100 if under).

If there are any issues with delivery to your country, our Customer Service Team will contact you immediately.

What is your return policy?

Non custom products:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange within 35 days of the shipping date. 

The items must be unworn and unused in original Onliest & Co packaging within 35 days of the shipping date. All returns and exchanges must be shipped with the shipping costs paid in full by the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the item is defective. 

For hygiene reason, earrings and personalized/custom pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of defects. Gift cards are also non-returnable. 

*Silver tarnishing is not a defect as it is a natural property of silver. Please see Material & Care page for cleaning instructions. 

For custom products:
Due to the personalized nature of each design, refund and exchanges are not possible after 2 hours of placing your order. We take great pride in crafting your masterpiece, so choose your customization wisely! We're confident you'll love the result!

If you would like refund or change your customization within 2 hours of placing your order, please email hello@onliest.one or simply reply to the order confirmation email with your request and our team will reply you within 12 hours!

Do you offer warranties on your products?

All our products are guarantee to be free of any manufacturing defect for 1 year.

If your piece happens to break or loses stones, we will be happy to fix your item free of charge. Our warranty does not cover naturally tarnished products (Jewelry Care Instructions), or items adjusted by a third party, unless in case of defects.

How should I care for my jewelry, phone case, and water bottles?

Jewelry:
Jewelry can tarnish over time due to exposure to air, moisture, and certain chemicals.

Store it in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and chemicals. Clean gently after each use, avoid exposure to harsh substances, and consider using anti-tarnish products to preserve its shine.
